• Your Draft Hero League ID
• Your Email Address Associated with your Draft Hero account
• Details of the issue that you are having
• Let us know if your draft day/time is close

Including these items will help us resolve your issue quicker.  During the workday emails are typically answered and resolved within a few hours or quicker, otherwise within 24 hours.
