Setting Up Bench Spots
Click on your league and then select the 'Roster' tab. When setting you bench spots, be sure to NOT adjust the 'Bench' or 'Flex' spots. This number does NOT need to match the roster spots assigned by your league. Instead, adjust the 'Max' or 'Total' spots allowed. This will make it easier for your Draft Plan and recommended suggestions to match your desired roster.
Typically in a standard roster, you will not need backups for both kicker and D/ST. Most bench constructions should target mostly RBs and WRs. It is recommended to set the totals for each of these positions at either four or five for a generic roster. Should your league have multiple flexes or additional starting spots, you may need to set those totals higher for whatever position necessary.
When referring to Superflex leagues, it is highly recommended to target at least three QBs, finding two quality starters on a weekly basis, as well as one backup. Very rarely will you find a situation that it is beneficial to not start two QBs in a Superflex league.
